Lacto Fermented Saukraut Smoothie

1 c. frozen mixed frozen mixed berries
1 ripe banana
1 c. fresh squeezed orange juice
1/2 c. unsweetened almond milk (or any non-dairy alternative “milk”)
1/4 – 1/3 c. saurkraut  – the amount depends on how much kick you desire 
1 Tbs. raw honey

Add all ingredients to a high speed blend and whir until thick and smooth.  Drink up!
