Fall Fermenting Workshop

Back by popular demand!  Our first fermenting workshop this summer was a hit, and we’ve had requests for another one.  

This workshop will include:

  • A discussion of the history and health benefits of fermented foods
  • A step-by-step demonstration and hands-on workshop of the fermentation process, where you’ll make (and take home) your very own fermented blend
  • A walking tour of the Vincent Family Farm
  • A hands-on kombucha-making demo by Kombucha Corey, our Kombucha supplier. He will have SCOBYs available for sale so you can begin making your own kombucha at home!

When: Sunday, September 18 from 2 - 4 pm

Where: Vincent Family Farm - 3442 Summertown Hwy, Summertown, TN 38483

Cost: $15 per participant (includes all materials and ingredients for a fermented blend you’ll take home)
